“honestly this starbucks was one of the best i've ever been to. ethan, hamza, and shak are seriously the best employees!!! i was here with my aunt and they made our drinks perfectly! i also came with my dog Stevo, and hamza handed us a super cute pup cup! the bathrooms were clean, the service was great, and our drinks were perfect! thank you to the entire staff, but especially hamza shak ethan. you guys rock! stevo misses you guys already!

this starbucks is STILL so great and consistent. my dog Stevo yearns to come here everytime he gets in my car. we do stop by whenever we can! we receive outstanding service each time. i do want to say, however, that i did witness an employee taking out the trash, and the poor barista fell into the bushes because it was so heavy. maybe split up the trash more to make it less heavy. i got out of my car and gave the barista a hug and a kiss on the forehead to make sure they were okay. overall, good location!“

“Enjoy the visit today 5/7 2:30 pm great stop very convenient. Nice staff. First Starbucks I’ve been to in the last six months that hasn’t written something on the cup which I thought was interesting but perhaps that’s changed. It wasn’t very busy so they likely would’ve done so it if it was still a requirement.“
“We recently went here and got a puppaccino for our pup and a frappaccino and a nitros cold brew for us. Cold brew and puppaccino were fine and service was good but I think they made my frappaccino a triple chocolate by accident. It was almost undrinkable. Otherwise a decent stop! We’ve been here before with no issues on drink orders so definitely think this was a rare occurrence!“
“I pick up coffee from drive thru around 2-3 times a week and the experience is always top notch.
yes, at times there is a back up. At times there will be an order her or there that will delay stuff. But the baristas and the individuals manning the drive thru station are always courteous and working hard.
Wish them all the success.“
“Although it isn't a full-service Starbucks, the service is solid, quick, and accurate! The few bakery items they did have in stock were all delicious, as usual. This location is within the Harris Teeter on the right when you walk in the store's front doors.

“Nakiya is a ROCKSTAR employee! She was paying attention to any customer waiting around for a while and quickly jumped in to help. She remedied each situation quickly and continued to greet every customer coming into either door(even greeting some by name). She was an extremely hard worker and if she isn’t already the manager, she certainly should be. Thanks Nakiya! You made the experience. 😊“
