Horrible customer service. I made a mobile order for convenience and was not given that at all. I waited 30 minutes after my order was placed for my drink and ended up having to leave the store before receiving my drink as I had prior plans…..which is why I mobile ordered in the first place. Starbucks has consistently failed to meet my expectations. Their coffee, while pricey, is often lukewarm at best. Additionally, fruit flies tend to swarm around the pastries and cookies in their display cases. I find that I can enjoy excellent coffee at gas stations or fast food establishments for a fraction of the cost. Moreover, the service is often slow due to unnecessary complications with coffee preparation and other trivial matters.
