Staff are nice, but there's only 2 people working there at a time so you'll be waiting there for a while. I asked if they were hiring and she said they need the help but the manager won't hire more people. My usual black tea lemonade tastes off these days (it didn't before), and I would say something about it but I don't wanna be a Karen lol.
This is the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. Waited in line for 30min to place my order. Then they made the drink wrong and they had to re-do it. In total i waited approx 45-50min to get my drink, this location needs to be fixed.
One of the managers clara or klara, absolutely horrible zero at customer service, rather then listening to customers she is just a boss, that like to give orders yell and just answer before letting the customer finish what they are saying, i was waiting for my order when i saw my drink was made wrong and my food not yet ready, while i was trying to tell her by saying excuse me my drink is wrong she just cut me off and said someone is bringing your food, while waited couple minutes...read full review
