Cold Stone Creamery Reviews
Lil spendy
My kids love this place, and the ice cream is really good quality—not just sugary stuff. Keep it up! Cold Stone ice cream review.
Not impressed. If you look at my pictures, you can see that a lot of the ice cream melted and refroze in the freezer tins. They were serving this ice cream to people.
I expect an ice cream store to be able to keep their ice cream cold enough so that it does not drip over. And if it does, I expect better batches.

Based on the reviews, Cold Stone Creamery serves ice cream that is ok but not great, working particularly on a hot summer night. The ice cream is still tasty, but it is no longer anything special. The birthday cake remix was enjoyable, though the founders favorite had a poor ratio of ice cream to toppings. Quality control is lacking, as the ice cream is often too soft and melty, resulting in a cup of glop. A $10 milkshake was watery with a film of cream on top instead of real whipped cream. The cost of treats has far exceeded their quality. Staff are friendly and courteous, taking orders as soon as possible, but service has issues. The young staff sometimes do not know what to do, do not thank customers, and are not consistently creating treats that appear delish and awesome. The place is small with a lack of seating, making it not a conducive setting for a family or friends to hang out and chill. Customers feel rushed out the door with a visually unappealing melted cup of ice cream.
