She smiled, Talked to us, checked in the back to see if they had anymore cake batter and truly made the experience much better. She is absolutely wonderful and her customer service is superb.“

“Stopped by Cold Stone Belmont Chase and had such a good experience. I got the coffee flavor and it was really good—super creamy with a nice coffee taste that wasn’t too overpowering.

What stood out more though was the staff. They were so friendly and patient, let me try a couple flavors, and didn’t rush me at all. You can tell they actually care about giving good service, which makes a big difference. Everything was clean, quick, and just an overall easy, pleasant visit. Definitely coming back.“

Perfectly soft cake with just the right amount of sweetness, and the Nutella flavor really came through without being overpowering. It completely hit the spot when I needed a sweet treat. “This cake was DELICIOUS!!! My friend purchased a Randy Cake for my twins 1st Birthday. Hands down the best tasting cake I have ever had. The picture doesn’t do it justice. It was lemon cake with almond buttercream. It looked amazing and was scrumptious to eat. In addition, she made gluten free carrot cake cupcakes that were equally tasty. Everyone was able to enjoy a treat. I will be purchasing more in the future. ❤️❤️❤️“
