Love the presentation as well as the flavors.
Probably giving 5 stars because it was not busy at all (12:15p on Saturday afternoon?)… good, quick service, but not a lot of energy from the employee. Mixed well, good amount of toppings and the ice cream was delicious (Mud Pie Mojo and some concoction my kid got). Employees immediately started working on a custom ice cream cake while we ate, so that seems to be the primary focus there.

The employees are friendly, helpful, and patient, ensuring a great experience for every customer.
The ice cream is always delicious, and the staff is able to make cakes for special occasions. However, one customer felt that the cake they ordered was unsightly and overpriced, suggesting that the location could benefit from a more experienced cake maker.
The staff's excellent customer service is also highlighted, with one customer praising the young men who brought their online order of three triple-pint tubs of ice cream out to their car in the rain, without an umbrella. Another customer commended the employee Adonijah for his friendly and helpful demeanor, describing him as a passionate and driven young man.
