Hey guys it's me again from my favorite restaurant Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant Ashburn, Virginia. The family and I are having a great time Friday night, the food was amazing, and the wine is off the charts . Thank you, Ms. Norris, and Staff.
My boss took myself and 4 colleagues to Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Ashburn, Virginia today.We had a great time!!!! The food and wine was off the charts. The server was super nice. I asked to speak to the GM to let her know how pleased I was with the food and service. I will definitely be back again, Thanks boss M
We visited Cooper’s Hawk Asburn after a nearby appointment. The food was excellent. The service was outstanding. Our server, Sydney, took very good care of us. She was personable and knowledgeable about the menu. A pleasure to deal with.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant offers a mix of experiences. The service is often outstanding, with workers who go above and beyond to meet requests, creating a welcomed environment with great hospitality and vibrant personalities. The food and wine are delicious, with specific mentions of incredible Rose and truffles. However, the experience can vary. The bar is sometimes extremely loud and crowded. There have been staff training issues, with one guest ignored for 18 minutes at the takeout desk and another noting burnt vegetables and a carbonara with very little sauce. A manager named Fatima provided a fantastic dining experience with impressive wine knowledge, seamless service, and top-notch hospitality. Another server named Kiana was also attentive and amazing despite the restaurant being slammed. While the restaurant can be a five-star spot, it sometimes falls short due to inconsistent food quality and service, especially during busy times.
