We visited Cooper’s Hawk Asburn after a nearby appointment. The food was excellent. The service was outstanding. Our server, Sydney, took very good care of us. She was personable and knowledgeable about the menu. A pleasure to deal with.

I recently tried the seasonal Crispy Barbacoa Arancini at Cooper’s Hawk in Ashburn and it was incredible! Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, with the most delicious layers of flavor. The seasonal menu here is always a treat. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

There have been staff training issues, with one guest ignored for 18 minutes at the takeout desk and another noting burnt vegetables and a carbonara with very little sauce. A manager named Fatima provided a fantastic dining experience with impressive wine knowledge, seamless service, and top-notch hospitality. Another server named Kiana was also attentive and amazing despite the restaurant being slammed. While the restaurant can be a five-star spot, it sometimes falls short due to inconsistent food quality and service, especially during busy times.
