I don't know what was going on last night but we were there for 2 1/2 hours. We waited 30 minutes for our wine and then another hour for our meal which was warm but not hot. The kitchen was backed up, but this is by far the worst service that I've ever received at Cooper's Hawk. 
We love this restaurant and so took my family there for my mother's 80th birthday - after 3 hours there and talking to the manager twice we still did not have correct orders and most entrees came out cold. We waited over an hour for the bacon to come for the burgers which they said were cooking but it never came. We were there 3.5 hours. Our waitress was exceptional the wine she recommended based on what I said I liked was spot on and delicious. The music and atmosphere is always a vibe. My only and only draw back was that my steak was well done and I requested medium rare. That being said everything else was great and I definitely recommend joining the wine club as there are so many great perks that come w it.
