2nd time barrista tried to tell us a drink was right that was NOT right. Used drivethru, had to go on both times where manager agreed about drinks. Only an apology for the inconvenience.
A normal Starbucks - not too busy when we were there - we waited a while for our two hot chocolates only to see those we’re already done for a while and standing on the counter that we could not see where we sat though it was just two meters away. Nobody cared to call the name that was asked for and nobody cared that the two cups were there untouched getting cold while we asked us how long it still lasts to make two chocolates in an almost empty room. I specifically wanted to shout out MJ. I come a few times a week via drive thru. MJ always connects with the customer, communicates well, and is efficient.
