So here's the issue here at this McDonalds. It's also an issue at most fast food restaurants except for Chik fi la. There is way to much focus on the drive through customers. I and another woman stood at the unmanned register for a good 10 minutes before someone bothered to help us. In fact the person who finally took the order told another woman to use the kiosk instead of himself saying he was to busy to help. Lol..seriously??
Clearly the manager here is not either training or following up on the staff here, just standing there waiting on my food and the lady putting out the food was literally throwing the orders on the counter, it was almost like she is pissed for being there.
