“I had the cheesy with fries and no tomato in it and it’s so good and you definitely have to load up on the 21 sauce put it in my burger all that made it 21 times better awesome for dipping fries the service the waiter and was pretty funny and pretty nice and the atmosphere. OK good I will come here again if I can.“

“I love Five Guys (I've worked at 3 of them) but the Ashburn VA location usually leaves me somewhat disappointed. In this instance I'm pretty sure there was sugar on the fries, not salt. and when I called to suggest checking the salt shaker, the response was disappointing. 😞“

“Its an amazing place to dine at. The food was amazing and the ambience of the place was just next level.“

“The 3 guys working tonight 07/31/26 ( one at the register, sweeping the lobby and the other chef who made my absolutely delicious patty melt) thank you so much! Excellent service and excellent food! I came in about 15 mins before closing and they took great care of me. Very kind, very nice and welcoming. Thank you so much give them a raise 🙏🏽😇.“

“Stopped in at Wayback Burgers around 7:00 p.m. on a Monday and there was no wait at all, which was a great start. I ordered the Classic Burger, and the staff recommended adding their sauce — definitely the right call. The burger was well‑made, flavorful, and hit exactly the spot I was hoping for.

The location itself is clean and well‑kept, and the customer service stood out. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful without feeling rushed. Overall, an easy 5 out of 5 experience.“

“Honestly this is probably the best BK in the country. Right here in Northern Virginia! I've consistently had amazing experiences here.. they mess up every once in a while like everyone else but they are some of the friendliest, nicest people. The whoppers sometimes just taste better here.. the only small gripe is they currently don't have a working phone line. it'll just ring non stop off the hook. I tried to give them a call to see if they had the new Dragon Ball Z boba and was unable to get thru. Jenny promised they would be getting that fixed very soon. Keep up the great work guys“

“I wish there is a Dairy Queen near my home in San Diego, California. 🍦 Always a favorite place for me.“
