I stopped by during lunch and ordered one item, but unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half before receiving my food. It turned out that my order had accidentally been missed. However, the owner handled the situation extremely well, and I really appreciated the way they took care of it.

Thought maybe I just got lucky but went again today and friendly customer service, hit fries and they charged me correctly!! Yay! What ever you did, greatly improved this Wendy’s. It’s night and day.
