The tables, floor, and restrooms were clean and tidy as was the parking lot. The Gainesville location is obviously well managed with an impressive staff. During my recent visit with friends and family, we experienced long wait times and received mixed-up drink refills, including an unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea, which left us disappointed. I suggest reviewing staffing levels and improving drink order accuracy. Your attention to these matters would be appreciated. “I LOVE these burgers. They’re juicy, cheesy and made with fresh toppings and a soft bun. Definitely in my top 3 favorite burgers I’ve had. The fries are extremely mid and you don’t get a lot for the price, which is unfortunate, and I didn’t order a shake so I can’t comment on that. But honestly I will keep coming back just for the burger. Service was okay, not great but not terrible. Definitely recommend you stop by just for the burgers.“

“Their menu includes everything you could think of. Staff i very friendly and caring. Like the decor with classic car hanging and many pictures of famous stars. This is a place with many older customers. The sandwiches and salads are on as well as you can choose your sides. Enjoyed every meal !!“

“While Five Guys in general seems to have really gone up in price, it's actually comparable to other quality burger places like Habit Burger. This is especially true when you factor in Five Guys has something like 23 topping that they offer at no additional charge. I visited here on a Friday and they had my burger and fries ready in no time. They were well staffed and looked ready for a crowd. The server was friendly and courteous.Both the burger and fries were good (and are consistently so) and my order was correct. They have the "free style" coke machine which lets you select what soda you want as well as variations.The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and orderly. It's a nice place to visit for a quick bite.Bonus: they have shelled peanuts in the dining area to snack on while you wait.Dietary restrictions: If you have peanut allergies you should avoid this chain. They have open containers of shelled peanuts open and available in the dining area for patrons. They also use peanut oil for the fries.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.“
