Dear IHOP Management,I hope this message finds you well. During my recent visit with friends and family, we experienced long wait times and received mixed-up drink refills, including an unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea, which left us disappointed. I suggest reviewing staffing levels and improving drink order accuracy. Your attention to these matters would be appreciated. Went for breakfast with the wife and my 2 boys and had such a great experience. We hadn't visited in over a year and were really impressed on this visit. Not sure if there has been some change in ownership or management but we noticed a significant improvement in overall quality of service, speed of getting seated, responsiveness of the staff, the overall atmosphere etc. WE asked for minor customizations which were immediately and happily made for us. We got milkshakes, oreo and vanilla, they were delicious. The service was great. My daughter ordered a pancake combo with cinnastack pancakes and was very happy with her meal. I got the spicy poblano eggs Benedict and it was very good. It was a very nice experience overall and everything was delicious.
