We have always had breakfast as a family, my children love it, this time we visited the one in Ganesville, VA, we arrived, they sat us down and they forgot about us, finally the waiter arrived, we ordered everything, it seemed to go well, but nothing ? the food arrived late and cold, and Step by step they bring us the food and with it the bill, once they gave us coffee, we did not see the waiter again, he didn't even have a name, the people were all rude, the one with the longest hair was in disarray, the waiters were very dignified. profession they should wear a hair net, some employees passing by the tables and coughing, the floor is dirty, I don't recommend it, I have to say that it is the first time we have been disappointed in IHOP

Went this morning and had a horrible experience. We ordered our food at 4:00am. Ordered our drinks too. Food came, we all started and then finished but drinks never came. 5:10am no drinks. Juices and coffee nothing.

Not a super frequent IHOP visitor, but have been to quite a few across the country and this one was tops! The service , cleanliness, and food were just perfect. The food was picture perfect, which never happens! It always looks like a train wreck, that was thrown together, leaving you wondering what happened to the photo you ordered. It was fast and friendly service, with the food being hot and fresh tasting. We were super glad we stopped to enjoy our service with Samuel, and happy to commend him and the kitchen to the super friendly manager Mo! Please keep up the good work and raising the bar of IHOP!

Dear IHOP Management,I hope this message finds you well. During my recent visit with friends and family, we experienced long wait times and received mixed-up drink refills, including an unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea, which left us disappointed. I suggest reviewing staffing levels and improving drink order accuracy. Your attention to these matters would be appreciated. And also one more thing “smile guaranteed” I expected the pancake with the smoky face to a happier smile but instead it’s a dissatisfied smile and I said that no whipped cream on the happy face pancake, yes there is no whipped crème BUT there were no fruits… I expected more from you. And your staff need more energy and SMILE more(Ordered on March 16, 2024)Thank you
