I visited Wendy’s tonight and ordered ahead on the mobile app. After arriving, I waited about 15 minutes before being acknowledged at the speaker. The employee was talking to a coworker instead of focusing on my order. At the window, I was handed the wrong drink and then the wrong food, which had to be corrected multiple times. This matches my previous experiences at this location and makes me concerned about the service quality
The food is fine, but the service is declining. The staff used to be friendly when I dined in, but now they prioritize the drive thru and ignore anyone who comes inside. They don’t even say they’ll be right with us. My wife stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before anyone took her order.
They finally turned the music to a tolerable level so it made lunch quite nice!! Fresh fries would have been nice.
