This location used to have great service for over a decade, and then service went a little south after new management took over. The way some of them behave, its like they actually want to lose customers. Fortunately, food quality has not suffered.

This has to be the best subway I have ever EVER ate at. The place is clean and the food is good. You actually get meat on your subs, other subway locations don't even meet the same level as this one. The owner actually works there and personally greets anyone who walks thru the door. I went there one time for lunch and have been back for a couple weeks straight now. Also the customer service is top notch.

This Subway is pretty awesome! Subways are everywhere... so how does this location differ? Well, let me tell you. First of all, this is conveniently located in the shopping center of Junction Plaza, where the Giant is also (my preferred grocery store in Broadlands/Ashburn area). When I walked in, I was greeted right away. I saw that a staff member greeted a group of guys dressed for business, on their lunch hour. It appears as if those guys were regulars at this location.
