I have been coming to this Starbucks for about a month now. I am relatively new in the area and I love coffee! The food and my drink was great, however, one of the employees seemed to have an attitude while taking my order. I assumed she was having a bad day and I let it off the hook with no complaints, but I wished she would have made my experience there a little better with a smile on her face. The sass in her voice made it seem like she didn't want to even be at her job....

This is my favorite Starbucks. Im a regular at this store and work remote, so I wouldn't recommend using drive thru when on your break. The baristas are very nice and will remake your drink. BUT IT WILL TAKE TIME. I missed a meeting and it ended up not being worth it. The drink was made wrong. I stopped going to the store, but recently they've started making drinks quick and lines don't take long. I used to dread coming inside due the manger asking extensive questions...

Nakiya is a ROCKSTAR employee! She was paying attention to any customer waiting around for a while and quickly jumped in to help. She remedied each situation quickly and continued to greet every customer coming into either door(even greeting some by name). She was an extremely hard worker and if she isn’t already the manager, she certainly should be. Thanks Nakiya! You made the experience. 😊
