I specifically wanted to shout out MJ. I come a few times a week via drive thru. MJ always connects with the customer, communicates well, and is efficient. Thank you MJ for making sure my mornings after getting out the door with a toddler for work and preschool are followed with an easy order and yummy coffee. Appreciate you!

A normal Starbucks - not too busy when we were there - we waited a while for our two hot chocolates only to see those we’re already done for a while and standing on the counter that we could not see where we sat though it was just two meters away. Nobody cared to call the name that was asked for and nobody cared that the two cups were there untouched getting cold while we asked us how long it still lasts to make two chocolates in an almost empty room. Beside that all relatively standard.

I am very disappointed with how my order came. I had ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte in tall and got a short. Not only that, but I almost paid $6 for my drink when a regular tall is only $4.25 and at most $5.10 with tax. My drink was also not a PSL and I’m upset because I was expecting a great drink to start off my morning and now, I had trouble paying attention in class.

Just don't. Every time I come through here my drink always gets messed up. It really just bums me out when I'm already feeling cruddy and want a pick me up to forget we live in some dystopian drama irl. These people who work here don't care, and I get it. Who wants to care anymore when rent is higher than the atmosphere, but ugh. I'm just driving the extra twenty minutes to a different starbucks to forget my woes because I'm tired of this being the trend at this one. Thanks for the constant disappointment and literally nothing else.

I have been to this Starbucks many times now and it seems like they are not able to do a proper Oatmilk Shaken Espresso.. Its like 2/10 that they get it right and I end up just throwing it out wasting almost $8, I think I’ve thrown away 6-7 drinks in this past year.. I feel like the staff there needs to get trained better in making drinks instead of serving these diabetic drinks to customers..
