Starbucks in Dulles

“Arrived a few hours early for a flight so popped into this Starbucks at Dulles Airport in Terminal B. No line and immediately greeted with a smile and a good morning greeting from Derek. He took my order, knew the menu well, and throughout the process made good eye contact with the most pleasant manner. The tables were spotless and lighting just right. My order was made exactly the way I asked and served quickly and nice and hot. I would recommend this location to anyone with travel into or out of Terminal B.“

“Got breakfast here this morning and witnessed a moment that really stood out. One of the cashiers (asian man in his 40s) quietly and graciously offered a meal at no charge to a duo who appeared to have special needs. The kindness, dignity, and genuine care he showed them were truly commendable.

Acts of compassion like that remind us that small gestures can make a meaningful difference. To those who do good, good things often find their way back.
