“Arrived a few hours early for a flight so popped into this Starbucks at Dulles Airport in Terminal B. No line and immediately greeted with a smile and a good morning greeting from Derek. He took my order, knew the menu well, and throughout the process made good eye contact with the most pleasant manner. The tables were spotless and lighting just right.
