“Katie’s Coffee House in Great Falls, VA is the place to be on Saturday mornings if you like cars! This weekly event attracts local car enthusiasts to showcase their vehicles. The cars are extraordinary! The coffee is great! The staff is always pleasant!“
“The best sandwhich in Northern VA, maybe even in the whole state. Every time I get something all the ingredients are super fresh and delicious. The bread is unmatched. My only compliant is that I can’t eat here everyday because that would be bad for my heart and wallet but believe me, I would if I could.“
“Sunday brunch shouldn’t be missed at Borek G, had a great spread of eggs, simit, dips and spreads. Also not to be missed are the Turkish coffee and tea, along with a piece of baklava for a sweet ending. Service is fantastic at this family owned resto and all the little details add up to a wonderful experience.“
“The best sushi in the dmv by far for the price. The people that run this place are so amazing and kind. The sushi is made out of amazing cuts of fish that are fresh and they are generous with their portions.I’ve eaten at multiple Michelin star sushi restaurants and this sushi rivals that, they really know their sushi. They’ve always been super friendly and accommodating. Treat yourself and support a family owned small business!!“
“All in all, a pretty cool place and unique in downtown Vienna. I want to come back and visit when it's a little less crowded. My daughter and I came here on a Saturday morning to grab a quick cup of coffee before we took on the day. On walking in, I was immediately struck by how small the place is. The space really isn't all that big and there are only about 5-7 tables throughout, so during busy periods (like when we went) it would be really tough to get a seat. There was no line, so we went right up to the counter and placed our order. They don't do pour overs on the weekends, so I got a drip coffee and had it in my hand just a few seconds after ordering. After scanning the room, I realized that there were no tables available, so my daughter and I went outside and sat on a bench out there for a few minutes until the cold got to us. In total, I probably spent less than 3 minutes inside. That's too bad, because I really enjoy getting to enjoy the atmosphere of a coffee shop and having a little time to enjoy and experience the coffee. That said, it was my mistake for coming here at a busy time and honestly, there's only so much you can do about the size of a building. The drip coffee itself was okay, nothing to write home about – but that's drip coffee. I love that this place roasts their own beans and I would love to come back when they're doing pour overs and give it another shot.Overall, this place has some cool potential and I want to try it again and will update my review after the next round.“

“It has been a while since I last visited this location, but I can always rely on their flavorful and robust coffee, which makes it consistently perfect. The excellent service and the place's always well-maintained and tidy make it an ideal location to relax, sip coffee, or watch the surroundings through its window while I enjoy my coffee.“
“After a climbing session at Vertical, my friend and I went downstairs to visit their coffee shop. The Drinks: I went with a class Iced Caramel coffee here. The coffee was good, mixed well and didn't have a burnt taste at all. Well flavored for my liking and at an affordable price as well. The Service: Service was good! The staff here are friendly and welcoming when you walk in. Ordering was easy and straight forward with orders being sent out in a timely manner. The Atmosphere: With the climbing gym being upstairs, it only makes sense that the decor and atmosphere fit into the "climbing/adventure" aesthetic. The coffee shop is spacious with plenty of seats to either relax/hangout or get some work done. They had nice National Park posters/stuff decorated around the shop as well. Really nicely decorated.Overall, a 5/5! Great coffee, very chill and relaxing vibes. Would definitely come back.“
“Definitely a top spot for coffee in NOVA. The coffees are all made with care and the baristas are excellent. The butterscotch latte and rose latte are my favorites. They also have some baked items and cooked dishes available, but I haven't yet tried them. There is some seating available, but it definitely gets busy on the weekends and peak times so it may be hard to get a seat.“
“Their service is unparalleled, surpassing all others. The management is top-notch, providing excellence in every aspect. The customer service is exceptional, creating a friendly and welcoming environment. And let's not forget about their food - it's a symphony of flavors, each bite a work of art. The taste is simply exquisite, leaving you craving for more.“
“Cold spoon is the best coffee place in Sterling! The staff are friendly and warm, coffee and food is delicious and the atmosphere inside and out is just perfect! I have loved this place since before 2020 and I cannot rate it highly enough!!“
“Good variety of pastries and cakes available along with cookies and bread .Different types of made to lattes and coffees are available as well. They offer a free bun for a google review but they do not honor it as they keep saying it is out of stock even though i could see a lot of buns and breads available.Little disappointed with the service.Overall the pastries were good and reasonably priced“
“This place is adorable, it is inside of Tilly’s kitchen and there are so many spots to sit. I ordered the BELT and the strawberry matcha bingsoo and they were ready in about 10 minutes. Both items were amazing. Would highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Sos sandwich, avocado sandwich, shroom sandwich, all drinks and shaved ices“
“What a cute little cafe in the heart of downtown Vienna. It's such a warm and cozy vibe and their owners are so welcoming. Such great service!I got their affogatos which was amazing because you get to pick your ice cream flavor since their store is also an ice cream parlor. I got some pastries which were so good. I want to come during breakfast so I can try their food! I hope to return!“
“We always have a great experience here. Their coffee is delicious not too bitter, delicious food - We have loved everything we have gotten, the breakfast platter, the breakfast bowl, the breakfast burrito, baked goods, oh the waffles so so good... Can you tell we come here a lot lol? The service is always so cheerful to boot!“
“This is my go-to spot every time I'm in Tysons! I absolutely love the dandelion tea drinks because they taste like coffee without the caffeine I usually get the dandelion tea with less/half sweetness and the staff is always super nice and patient about getting the sweetness level exactly how I like it! Can't wait to come back!!“
“Rare Bird does not miss with the quality of coffee at all. They have a stylish, well-maintained Strada and a great selection of coffees. Love the naturals every time. Some really great, thoughtfully designed, locally thrown drinkware. It's a serious gem.Parking: Street parking is a bit of a premium here. There's a local public lot just around the block. Perhaps not the best for accessibility, but there are options.“
“I've been wanting to try this place out for months. So glad I did. I picked up a mango and a lemon mochi donut. The texture makes them lighter and more chewy than a standard doughnut. Nice place to stop by for bubble-boba tea and a mochi donut. Decor inside is adorable.“
“Today I delivered a refrigerator to this restaurant, the staff was very pleasant and friendly, when I was finished with my delivery Sateeb offered me lunch. I haven’t had Indian food before so I was a little reluctant to try. I’m glad I did. I had the chicken lollipop, the flavor was unmatched, totally taken by surprise. He then offered chicken biryani, this is a traditional dish, it was amazing. All the sauces were good. 10/10 I would recommend and definitely will be going again“
“Coffee Republic is my favorite coffee spot in Rockville! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and it's a comfortable place to enjoy a great coffee drink and delicious pastry or breakfast sandwich. I no longer live in MoCo, but I still try to come by often, especially to try one of their special seasonal coffee drinks!“
“Great spot for coffee on the go. The baristas are so kind and are full of great recommendations. Flavors aren’t listed on the menu but they have just about anything you could imagine and the combinations are endless! The food is premade (which is expected from such a small building) so it’s nothing exceptional, but the Jalapeño Biscuit is tasty and is a great bite to eat with a coffee. The chocolate bean on top of the drinks is also such a cute touch and the bags of them that they sell are great favors and gifts!“
“This is a cafe that I’ve been coming to for breakfast and lunch at least once a week for the past two years. One thing to know is that this isn’t American food disguised with French branding. The menu is not extensive, but it is the most authentic French café food that I’ve seen outside of France. The sandwiches and desserts are excellent. My favorite is the Jambon Beurre sandwich, which I find myself ordering over and over, while reminding myself I need to sample other items on the menu. The dining room design is casual and inviting. It makes you want to stay and enjoy the atmosphere, which admittedly, is a problem at lunchtime as it can get quite crowded given the popularity of this café.Mary has done a terrific job of creating an experience that delivers lovely, authentic French cafe food, with caring (if sometimes overworked at lunchtimes) staff, in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. That does it for me and deserving of repeated visits!“
“Finally stopped in one Sunday afternoon. Thoroughly enjoyed my treat! I tried the Vietnamese coffee cake slice. It was moist and fluffy with great flavor. Kids had the vegan brookie and a cupcake and loved them. Now I'm wondering if they do birthday cakes. Will be back for more.“
“Finally got by to check this place out a d was not disappointed. Grandma, Posh and her son were all very nice and d personable. You can tell they take pride in the ingredients they use as soon as you bite in. I had the Cheesecake waffle with strawberries and a scoop of soft serve and it was amazing! Definitely going back!“
“I truly enjoyed my #CremeBruleeDonut ? and iced #ChaiStrawberry. OMG, AMAZINGGG ‼️Such a wide variety of baked/fried pastries and coffees/teas/ice cream ??All around Washington-Dulles Airport ✈️??????☕? ?. It's a lovely space with lots of seating indoor and outdoors. I will definitely visit again when in the area.“
“Great Coffee shop! The inside atmosphere is really cool, really geeky but even aside from that the furniture, decor, and lighting is so cozy. The staff is always super friendly, they have plenty of options that tell you exactly what is in it, which you can get just about anything. It's a great shop to stop by to visit or go daily, the prices are just as reasonable as a Starbucks but you get more options. Also, the food is great too.Dietary restrictions: The staff asked since I wanted almond milk if I wanted whipped cream, which I've never been asked because I just prefer almond milk but like whipped cream“
“Since the closing of the Vie de France location in downtown Rockville about 2 years ago, there was a void of a nice French-style bakery and cafe. Enter Paris Bagette, an international chain of French-style bakeries owned by SPC Group and headquartered in Seoul. Paris Bagette offers high-quality products that include a, wide range of classic French breads, tarts, cakes and deserts, but also creative and innovative sweet and savory baked goods with a strong Asian influence. The store is bright, modern, with an interesting blend of French country and minimalist decor. A window yo the street showcases bakers working, which is a nice touch. Paris Bagette also serves a variety of coffee and tea based drinks, hot and cold. There also many sandwich options, both on a cold case and hot, as well as fresh salads, savory pies and other options, including gluten free pastries.I decided to try the most basic product, a French bagette "bâton" It was at least 30% longer than a typical French bagette; the texture was airy, crunchy and the flavor delicious. The service was friendly, efficient and fast. The store was not super crowded (it was a Sunday). There are a number of products to try at Paris Bagette, and I will return several timesDietary restrictions: There are gluten free options“
“Was looking for a quick snack while I drop the kids off at their jungle gym and happened to stumble across this cute little smoothie bowl spot. Lina made a really great recommendation to me for the warrior bowl, this was such an exotic thing for me, but I was willing to be pushed out of my comfort zone. It was so delicious and new to me, I will definitely be coming back. This place had a meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness.“
“When they say lil, they mean it! This place is super small, so there is no place to sit inside. They have over 10 flavors to choose from, all very fun and funky. They also have root beer floats and coffee. We enjoyed our chocolate raspberry ice cream. Very reasonable pricing! You can park in the lot behind very easily.“
“The double espresso (doppio) here is fabulous! None of the usual pitfalls (burnt tasting, watery, gritty, etc.) - just a lightly fruity, nutty, bold brew. And if the base is good, the lattes must be, too! Someone even held the door for me when I came in, and I later realized it was one of the baristas back from break. I'll be coming back with my family!“
“Execellent gelato in the Reston Town Center with a good range of flavors, including sorbets, and well crafted coffee. They offer samples as well, and my reco is to go for the large where you can get a trio of flavors (at only $1 more than the 2-flavors medium). Try the crema, banana, and pistachio for a classic sampler or go for the mint straciatella and ginger for a more adventurous mix. Worth a stop!“
“I've been to this location twice, and both times I had a great experience! Service is fast and great. Ambiance is very casual-- best to go to just pick up a scoop of ice cream, as there are not many seats available! I definitely recommend trying the clementine sorbet-- it was amazing! Super refreshing, juicy, and tangy so great if you're not feeling something too heavy. The sesame ice cream was really unique-- definitely worth trying if you want something new!“
“In the Middle East. The interior is very nice, and the pastries variety was amazing. They have a mix of Arminian, Greek, and Turkish desserts and pastries. We ordered a selection and enjoyed every piece with our coffees. I'll definitely come back to try other varieties.“
“After a few years I've become a regular here. They've definitely improved the bubbles and toppings selection. They also have a seasonal list which is great for the locals who stop by often to try new things. The customer service has also improved 10 fold. I always get a cheery smile when I come in and feel very welcome. I used to be pretty loyal to the other bubble tea places in the area, but they don't have the quality ingredients and consistency I've found with Bobapop. It's nice to see they are expanding in other places in the area since kentlands becomes a sleepy town in the evening, I can still go to the Rockville location much later if I'm craving some late night bubble tea (don't judge me“
“This morning, I had to make a super hard decision between awesome smelling coffee and good tasting beer that I had from them in the past. It was my first time in that building... Industrial looking with tons of seating and people vary from working to family and strollers.“
“Tried the New Orleans Style Coffee Milk Tea and I liked it. It was a unique combination, mixing coffee and milk tea, which offered a refreshing change from the usual boba flavors. I also appreciated their everyday promotion of Buy 4, Get 1 free. They tend to give a bit more ice than other places, so keep that in mind.“
“This is a great idea that I hope becomes more popular. The Vietnamese food has been great for everything I tried, this last time it was noodle bowl with grilled pork, which was perfect. The salted iced coffee took some getting used to but is now one of my favorites. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for some place different for lunch.“
“It’s a great and cozy spot to unwind, catch up with friends, or get some work done. Stepping inside, it’s got the ambiance perfect for relaxation or productivity. The pastries take me back home with each bite. They have a wide selection that never fails to impress. From sweet treats to savory delights, there's something for every palate.Personally, I can't get enough of their Fattoush with grilled chicken. And let's not forget about their yummy coffee, a perfect companion to any pastry indulgence. However, what truly sets Pastry Xpo apart is their exceptional service. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit memorable, greeting you with genuine warmth and a smile. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you're sure to feel right at home at Pastry Xpo.“
“This is a great coffee shop, but it has one critical flaw - the place is very cold. I'm here in late February, and everyone in the place, including myself, is wearing a coat. I asked one of the employees what the thermostat was set on, and she responded, somewhat rudely, that she didn't know. She then said it was on auto. Not helpful and no pretense of addressing the issue. Still, the coffee is great and the service is excellent. I look forward to returning regularly when spring arrives.“
“This is by far the BEST local coffee in the area the coffee is to die for and the Java burger is the best I ever had in my life Anita ( I think her name is) the cashier/barista is amazing her recommendations for coffee and food are excellent“
“not much of a food selection on the Sunday morning I went around 9am. A few pastries, no hot brkfst sandwiches that I could see. Asked for a large cappuccino and the person behind the counter simply said "no". I just stared at her a few seconds not knowing what to say and she finally clarified they only have cappuccino in small. so I ordered a small and moved on. Can't say I'll necessarily go back even though I'm there every week for a group meet. Probably will get my coffee elsewhere nearby.“
“Trying out new coffee spots. Found this place online. Nice atmosphere. Has plenty of tables and nice size space. Chai was ok, not my favorite. Hubby felt his large coffee in a regular coffee mug wasn’t big enough. Will try a coffee next time.“
“This is a great place to relax and enjoy some Asian-inspired beverages, desserts, macaroons, and other snacks. The interior is clean and pleasant, with minimalist decor and light wood furniture, providing a view of the parking lot. Seating options are limited inside so that it can fill up quickly. The staff is generally friendly, and they serve your order quickly. I am happy that more dessert options like this are available in the area.“
“Good bubble tea, good snacks to pick up quickly. Not the cheapest, but no bubble tea place is. The panda boba is relatively unique and is a nice change for people who want some variation.Parking: Around the corner, near Green Lizard Cycling.“
“A nice small cafe for working. Got the french toast for breakfast, and it was fluffy and delicious. Paired well with a mocha latte. They have other breakfast items as well. After a few hours of working, my friend and I bought a tiramisu cake and violet cheesecake. The tiramisu was great, but I personally wouldn't recommend the violet cake. It had a very strong lavender taste, which tasted odd for me. My friend got a almond croissant, and she said it had a good balance of crunch and softness.Parking: There's a parking garage directly behind the cafe, and also an open parking lot further back (a 3 min walk).“
“This is absolutely my go-to for breakfast and lunch. The Standard is my favorite breakfast sandwich around. Customer service is unbeatable- they’re always so friendly. One time I accidentally ordered to the wrong location and they were so nice about it and even gave me a complimentary dessert. Would give them 10 stars if I could!“
“Best donuts I've had, even more than Krispy Kreme. They make all of them custom and made when you order. Having them fresh right when they're made and all warm is unbeatable. The staff is always nice and quick with my order (though I've never been with a line). The interior is nothing to write home about and has a few tables.“
“The food was spectacular, but it depends on the time of day. If you go earlier once they open everything is fresh, but no so much later in the day. Their tiramisu (for tiramisu lovers) is a must try along with the mango sparkler if anyone likes a mango drink.“
“Solid quality milk teas - definitely a step above other milk tea shops in terms of quality of the tea and the creamer. You can taste the tea well, and the creamer they use (the "milk" part of the milk tea) smoothly integrates with the tea. Highly recommend the roasted oolong milk tea and the jasmine milk tea - really fragrant tasting. Also recommend 30% for both sugar and ice.“
“This has got to be the best Starbucks anywhere: spacious, comfortable (both inside and outdoors), orderly and efficient. But the most important thing is the friendliness of the staff: ours is a small village, people know each other, and the staff just magnifies the friendliness of the place.“
