I showed up to the store around 9:30 am on a Sunday not knowing that the store opened at 11. I called the phone number with no answer but received a texted message from the owner or manager. We had a short conversation and I explained that I stopped in for a specific birthday gift. He called his employee Lara to notify her that I would be coming back. Lara was fantastic! Friendly and informational. Great customer service all around!
High quality atmosphere they have at Tea Mansion! Lara she has to be the highest trained person on staff, she had all my answers to questions! If anyone goes there, mention to her the yellow hat guy, had to be a favorite place to visit!

They've got a great quality of service. I've been here multiple times, and they offer complimentary teas at the front of the store. However, if there was a suggestion that I would offer, it would be to maybe change the flavors more often, and use it to promote the newest or seasonal flavors, so people get a taste of how the seasonal flavors will go.
