I went there for my birthday & found they removed my favorite item, The Factory Burrito Grande, from the menu. I was very disappointed. I settled for an item that was less satisfying. I doubt if I will go back.
I invited my good friend & her granddaughter to have lunch yesterday at the Fair Oaks location. When being seated, I asked for a booth with a waiter or waitress with a nice personality. I really don't think she heard my request for a great waitstaff, but magically, we were seated in the best section in the house!! Kevin was our waiter - he is absolutely AMAZING!!
