My wife and I had Easter brunch in the Rotunda which is a separate room within the Cheesecake Factory. We've eaten there many times before as it's the quietest area in the restaurant. We are in our late 70's and I have several health issues including cancer and the Rotunda provides the right ambience for us. We noticed right away there was a group of 10 young adults in their 20's at a nearby table that were laughing out loud and making other excessive noise. Our server stated he had spoken to the group earlier but it didn't do any good. He didn't pursue it as the restaurant has a "liberal policy" regarding the conduct of the patrons. Later on, when I was having difficulty talking to my wife because of the noise, I went to the manager to ask her to speak to the group but she refused. I was also told as it was Easter, there were no other tables available. We felt like hostages. As the noise continued, I yelled to the group if they would please respect the other guests in the room and lower their voices. There were 10-15 other guests in the room that were impacted by the noise. The noise continued. When the noisy group finally left, I clapped. My wife and I felt very uncomfortable during our entire meal. When we left, I was trembling and I even forgot my credit card. My doctors have advised me to avoid as much stress as possible. This didn't help. I've been dining out for 60 years and this is my worst experience ever. Cheesecake Factory needs to fully investigate this incident so that other customers, especially seniors, will not have a similar bad experience. The absurd liberal policy needs to be changed or eliminated. I contacted Guest Relations two days after we ate there and I'm still waiting for a reply weeks later.

The food here is excellent, as is the service. Great salads, hot food, and of course, cheesecake. What also impressed me is that I lost my credit card, and after a few days of looking for it at home, I traced its last use to this restaurant. I phoned them and described it, and they said that they were holding it securely for me. It took me two more days to get the chance to pick it up. When I did, Alvin and Jimena were very gracious in getting it for me. I am glad they had me verify my ID before giving it to me. That is honesty and diligence, and I won't forget it. I highly recommend TCF in Fair Oaks Mall.

Do not recommend the tuna taco app. Even thou the taste was great the amount of tuna(diced) provided did not justify the price. The bacon bacon burger was more than a mouthful. Would recommend.

DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDEThe food and staff are great but the reliability of curbside pickup is horrible. More often than not I have to walk in 10 minutes after it was supposed to come out just to see the food getting cold on the counter.

We came here for a birthday dinner for one of our sons. Our server was top notch. He kept our drinks full ( even though we were a large party) We got the Fried Zucchini appetizer which is the BOMB! I got the Chicken Bellagio...which was amazing and plenty to take home. My son got the pepperoni flat bread also fantastic and my daughter got the Poke nacho which she devoured. Gonna finish with cheesecake ...

We have come to this location several times and generally had very good experiences. The food is usually good. Our server was excellent and attentive, he was very polite and even retrieved my knee scooter when he provided the check. Greatly appreciated that gesture, he even helped move it so I could hop to it more easily. Management was not as polite but the restaurant was crowded and busy, please ensure the entry way does not get entirely blocked by large parties waiting for a table. The bathrooms were also out of toilet paper and needed to be cleaned.

I ordered takeout the Louisiana pasta and the shrimp for the appetizer for a friend that hadn’t eaten all day due to work . I dropped it off she was so excited to have her favorite meal delivered . I checked back later to ask how everything was she replied with she only had a few bites because there was hair in her food in the pasta . I was so disappointed to hear this . I don’t know why restaurants enforce hair nets while cooking food . Shame on you Cheesecake Factory . The shrimp order was fine . Overall bad experience on my end .

The evening was fine and to be expected, dining at a cheesecake factory. However, my waiter brought me fettuccine when I asked for angel hair, that's was pretty much a downer for the evening. Otherwise, the cheesecake factory at Fair Oaks is cool. Maybe the waiters should write down the orders instead of trying to remember them.Parking: Parking depends on the time or day you go, remember the restaurant is located in a mall. Overall, the parking is not bad at all.
