Starbucks Coffee Company has excellent service, with staff who are always friendly and welcoming. The team works well together, executing their roles to provide fast and accurate service. They open promptly in the mornings and are ready to serve. The staff is polite and willing to listen to customers, making them feel valued. The online feature is convenient, with orders often ready for pickup sooner than expected. However, the parking lot in the plaza has some issues, with a poorly designed layout and few handicapped spots, especially near the Starbucks location. The store itself is pretty accessible, but the disabled parking spots are a problem. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is a great place to visit, thanks to its fantastic staff.
