“Most DD are the same and service is ordinary but today’s experience told me that this person deserves a shout out.
Nandani, an employee who stood out from the rest. As I sat there and had my coffee, I observed her positive energy and hospitality from the minute I walked in. It was the same for every single person that walked through the door from customers to delivery people. A contagious smile and willingness to work, welcoming and whether it was serving or sweeping the floor, it was notable. As a business owner, I know that it’s hard to find people these days with such work ethics. DD Oakton is lucky to have her.“

“I love love coffee at Maman! It's 30 minutes from home but it doesn't matter for great coffee. I usually get the decaf iced latte and it is great every time so far. The husband gets his hot latte and it has always been beautiful (the swan on there is nice) and flavorful.“

“I had a really great experience at Borek-G! The kebab was delicious and everything tasted fresh. Everyone was very welcoming, especially Erol amca, who was so kind and friendly. “Clifton Cafe is our new favorite evening spot on the weekends. We’ve been customers since the original owners opened it years ago, but until this past fall we did more to go orders than dine in since the service and time to prep food was often slow and unpredictable. Now we go almost every week. We’ve noticed big improvements since they expanded their kitchen and redesigned the bar area. Their new pull up bar is beautiful and spacious. The new owners and management are great too! We love the evening staff as well, especially Ian and Nicole. They are very personable, accommodating, and attentive. They have great happy hour specials from 3-6 and make the best margaritas and espresso martinis. Some of our favorite dinner items include the crab dip, Mediterranean salad, cuban sandwich, burgers, crab cakes, quiche specials, banana pudding, and too many crepes to name! We also appreciate that they have become more family friendly. We had a last minute party of 14 on a Friday evening (half of which were children ages 1-11) and they didn’t hesitate to pull some tables together in a private nook to accommodate our large group (again thanks to Ian and Nicole). We noticed they finally got a changing table in the large bathroom, which they are about to install. Our kids are past that stage, but there were several times when they were little that a changing table would have been helpful.“

“This is a great local and regional bike shop. Fabulous coffee, beer and food. Friendly staff. This shop has a great mix of bikes, with something for every interest, skill set and price point. Most importantly, there's no judgement about what you ride. Folks here want you to get out, have a good time, and have amazing experiences.“

The fries are better than any fast food fries you’ve ever had & the burger will make you wish you had another. Great spot, even greater guys in the kitchen. Do yourself a favor and swing by.“

“Loveeeee the traditional cappucino, had it with oatmilk. It can be hard to find good seating indoors during peak hours cos there are lotsa people working, studying, and chilling. But outdoor seating was generally available when I was there. Bathrooms are generally really nice and clean.“

“Ordered a flat white, breakfast burrito, and chocolate croissant. Everything was delicious! I was very impressed. This was probably the first flat white I've enjoyed in years. Breakfast burrito was well-balanced and filling but not heavy. Chocolate croissant was chocolate-y lol. Service was friendly. Cafe itself wasn't cozy or anything but had multiple seating options and could certainly be a place to hang out or do some work.

Only gripe was the price. Maybe it's just the reality of dining out these days but I found this place quite pricey for a cafe.“

“My husband and I found this little spot while out walking . We purchased coffee, bagels and decided to have a scone apiece. The owner and staff are so sweet and you can tell that they love what they do. It will be a regular spot for us to visit.“

“The moment you walk in, the environment is so welcoming, fresh, and vibey. It's like you know " this is going to be good". Then you are greeted, and the service was just that much better. She was awesome, super friendly and likeable. Didn't have to wait too long for food, clearly it was made fresh to order because when i got it (chicken ceaser wrap with fries) it was AMAZING. the fries were so perfectly crisp and warm, the wrap was balanced, warm, but not too warm because of the lettuce. Cannot rave enough about my experience, and the food. I'm looking forward to when i can make it back for another meal!“

“Not sure how to graciously ask this question, but I am usually taken back when I see foodies without prices on their menu. It makes me think those preparing the menu may be arrogant to believe that price means nothing to patrons. Price matters. Are foods and drinks priced too high to be transparent? Are all patrons so well off that price to them really does not matter? I will sometimes pass over a place if they hide their prices, just because there are so many others that do not hide them. The atmosphere just by itself deserves a reluctant visit.“

“came to this place like 4 times now and it never misses!! 1st off the music and ambience is ALWAYS on point. 2nd, staff is great and the place itself is so clean. nothing else to say but it’s noticeable that this spot is well maintained. 3rd, the food!!! just wow. you can tell all the ingredients they use are fresh! i could have the avo egg + cheese sandwich and shrimp burger all day… 4th off — the drinks 🙂‍↕ bruh…. misugaru latte w oatmilk …. iced or hot…. that will change your life. still need to try some of the other stuff but this is a pure 5/5. thanks to my boyfriend who works in this building, we wouldnt have discovered such a gem!!!!“

You can tell they put in the extra time and effort to get quality beans and to train their staff on how to brew them so every cup is just as flavorful as the last. “Whenever I’m in Chantilly, I make a point of stopping by this Peet’s location. I’ve always liked the brand, and the products are pretty comparable to Starbucks if you’re familiar with that.

The one downside for me is that it can get loud inside, so it’s not the best spot if you’re looking for a quiet place to sit and work. That said, the staff are consistently nice and friendly, which makes up for a lot.

One heads-up on parking: the shopping center is really busy, so grabbing a spot right in front of the store can be a challenge. Don’t let that stop you though, you can always find parking somewhere close by.

Overall a solid stop if you’re in the area.“

I tried Passion Fruit and Pistachio.

Passion fruit was very citric and Pistachio was perfect.

You can mix and match between flavours depending on seving size you chose.“
