“I love love coffee at Maman! It's 30 minutes from home but it doesn't matter for great coffee. I usually get the decaf iced latte and it is great every time so far. The husband gets his hot latte and it has always been beautiful (the swan on there is nice) and flavorful.“

“Clifton Cafe is our new favorite evening spot on the weekends. We’ve been customers since the original owners opened it years ago, but until this past fall we did more to go orders than dine in since the service and time to prep food was often slow and unpredictable. Now we go almost every week. We’ve noticed big improvements since they expanded their kitchen and redesigned the bar area. Their new pull up bar is beautiful and spacious. The new owners and management are great too! We love the evening staff as well, especially Ian and Nicole. They are very personable, accommodating, and attentive. They have great happy hour specials from 3-6 and make the best margaritas and espresso martinis. Some of our favorite dinner items include the crab dip, Mediterranean salad, cuban sandwich, burgers, crab cakes, quiche specials, banana pudding, and too many crepes to name! We also appreciate that they have become more family friendly. We had a last minute party of 14 on a Friday evening (half of which were children ages 1-11) and they didn’t hesitate to pull some tables together in a private nook to accommodate our large group (again thanks to Ian and Nicole). We noticed they finally got a changing table in the large bathroom, which they are about to install. Our kids are past that stage, but there were several times when they were little that a changing table would have been helpful.“

“Had an absolutely wonderful cortado (strong taste and velvety finish) and tasty tomato burrata toast (nearly ordered three more). Folks were very nice and clearly enjoyed the place, and it showed in the coffee and service. Pleasantly busy but neither packed nor loud. Look forward to being back. Compliments all around.“

“Loveeeee the traditional cappucino, had it with oatmilk. It can be hard to find good seating indoors during peak hours cos there are lotsa people working, studying, and chilling. But outdoor seating was generally available when I was there. Bathrooms are generally really nice and clean.“

“The moment you walk in, the environment is so welcoming, fresh, and vibey. It's like you know " this is going to be good". Then you are greeted, and the service was just that much better. She was awesome, super friendly and likeable. Didn't have to wait too long for food, clearly it was made fresh to order because when i got it (chicken ceaser wrap with fries) it was AMAZING. the fries were so perfectly crisp and warm, the wrap was balanced, warm, but not too warm because of the lettuce. Cannot rave enough about my experience, and the food. I'm looking forward to when i can make it back for another meal!“

“Not sure how to graciously ask this question, but I am usually taken back when I see foodies without prices on their menu. It makes me think those preparing the menu may be arrogant to believe that price means nothing to patrons. Price matters. Are foods and drinks priced too high to be transparent? Are all patrons so well off that price to them really does not matter? I will sometimes pass over a place if they hide their prices, just because there are so many others that do not hide them. The atmosphere just by itself deserves a reluctant visit.“

“Ordered a flat white, breakfast burrito, and chocolate croissant. Everything was delicious! I was very impressed. This was probably the first flat white I've enjoyed in years. Breakfast burrito was well-balanced and filling but not heavy. Chocolate croissant was chocolate-y lol. Service was friendly. Cafe itself wasn't cozy or anything but had multiple seating options and could certainly be a place to hang out or do some work.

Only gripe was the price. Maybe it's just the reality of dining out these days but I found this place quite pricey for a cafe.“

“I was desperate for some boba tea while in the Centreville area and saw HongKong was on the list. Stopped in and saw their food and it looked so damn good. I got a brown sugar milk tea, wonton soup, and some French fries. The tea absolutely slapped, the wonton soup hit the spot so hard, and the fries were so crispy and HUGE. “Whenever I’m in Chantilly, I make a point of stopping by this Peet’s location. I’ve always liked the brand, and the products are pretty comparable to Starbucks if you’re familiar with that.

The one downside for me is that it can get loud inside, so it’s not the best spot if you’re looking for a quiet place to sit and work. That said, the staff are consistently nice and friendly, which makes up for a lot.

One heads-up on parking: the shopping center is really busy, so grabbing a spot right in front of the store can be a challenge. Don’t let that stop you though, you can always find parking somewhere close by.

“Wow. Incredibly impressed with this place. The coffee tasted amazing. The latte was fantastic (get the vanilla cream) with a perfect amount of foam on top. The Nutella acma and the egg sandwich were a perfect start to the day. And everything reasonably priced. Better than reasonable- I haven’t seen a $5 breakfast sandwich in years. And a flavored latte under $5 is almost unheard of. Bathroom was clean. This place was great and I can’t wait to go back.“
