“My experience at this mcdonald’s was nothing short of amazing. The worker that helped me out was very friendly and accommodating. he was juggling a lot of guests at the same time but never once did i feel rushed or nervous, he works well under pressure! While small, the space is both well utilized and the decorations cleverly thought out. They also host a variety of community events, though I can’t yet comment on those as I’m still waitlisted 🥲.

“My husband and I found this little spot while out walking . We purchased coffee, bagels and decided to have a scone apiece. The owner and staff are so sweet and you can tell that they love what they do. It will be a regular spot for us to visit.“

“I’m very picky when it comes to coffee, so I don’t say this lightly—my first experience at Compass Coffee was great! The staff were friendly and quick to greet and take my order. I especially loved their latte and mocha. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to ☕️“

I have never felt so welcomed at a cafe service place like this before. I walked up and the owner was extremely happy and welcoming, asking for my name, and telling me what they had on the menu today. I drank my tea there and turns out this is a place where locals come to visit very often, the owner knows a lot of peoples names and is very friendly and easy to talk to. I usually am a very introverted person but these regulars were some of the nicest people I’ve met and they were so easy to talk to. I will definitely be recommending it to everyone I know.“

They are extremely clean and attentive to details. Service is quick. We came for two consecutive days and are definitely coming back.“

“The moment you walk in, the environment is so welcoming, fresh, and vibey. It's like you know " this is going to be good". Then you are greeted, and the service was just that much better. She was awesome, super friendly and likeable. Didn't have to wait too long for food, clearly it was made fresh to order because when i got it (chicken ceaser wrap with fries) it was AMAZING. the fries were so perfectly crisp and warm, the wrap was balanced, warm, but not too warm because of the lettuce. “If i could i would give this place zero stars..but not an option. I was a new visitor to this establishment, and let him know that prior to ordering. Wanted the turkey (happy place) a drink and a scone. I get my meal and there is no turkey on it. So I got back and explained I wanted the turkey happy place. He said no you ordered the "our happy place". I said sir I even pointed to what I wanted on the menu. I didn't realize there were two items with the same name. He said that is your fault and you should know the menu. I said we'll I had let you know prior it was my first time here. He said I don't care if it's your first or 3rd you should know the menu. He said I'm not going to remake it., that's what you ordered. I said I would of never order anything with spinach because I'm allergic to it. He said so..I'm not remaking it! So not only did I have to wait a long time for thr sandwich, I couldn't eat it cause I was allergic to the ingredients. So I get back to my office hungry and upset to realize he didn't put the scone I paid for in thr bag. So I call and he says oh next time I will give it to you. No apology or anything. ..and next time, I paid for it this time. Very rude to new customers and would never spend my money there again. I don't understand why he was so rude. You think you would want to retain customers so they will do repeat visits.“

“I have came every weekend for a Turkish breakfast for years. My favorite breakfast ever. The family that owns it are the best and makes it feel like you’re right at home 💕💕💕 they have such good lunch and Turkish street food at night too“

“I come here a lot on weekends, after my kids swim lessons on the other side of the mall. Croissant and pastries are pretty good. Not a huge fan of their espresso drinks though. Just go with regular coffee menu here. The place is always crowded and seating is limited. A lot of people come here to work or study.“

The only thing I have to say is that I’ve experienced a hair in my food twice when I was here but it was promptly taken care of by making a new meal.

I also loved the chicken avocado flatbread—so flavorful and satisfying. What really made the visit special was the warm, welcoming service; the owner was genuinely friendly and created such a cozy, inviting atmosphere. “Not sure how to graciously ask this question, but I am usually taken back when I see foodies without prices on their menu. It makes me think those preparing the menu may be arrogant to believe that price means nothing to patrons. Price matters. Are foods and drinks priced too high to be transparent? Are all patrons so well off that price to them really does not matter? I will sometimes pass over a place if they hide their prices, just because there are so many others that do not hide them. The atmosphere just by itself deserves a reluctant visit.“

“Shaghf Cafe is such a great spot if you’re looking for a modern, comfortable café in the area. The vibe is very stylish and updated, and one of the best parts is that they stay open late—which is honestly hard to find around here.

It’s perfect for studying or getting work done. You can easily bring your laptop and spend a few hours there without feeling rushed. I’ve even had group meetings there, and it works really well for that too.
