I have to express my appreciation for Tina, weekday morning barista. I visit Beanetics once a week or so, and she always welcomes and takes care of me, making sure my coffee is prepared just how I like it and my baked good is plenty warm. I didn't go to this coffee shop very often in the past because I felt that the customer service was cordial, but not super friendly. The employees always seemed to be talking to each other and only working when they had to work (ie when a customer came in). However, during the month of December, I decided to stop in to get my husband a bag of coffee and I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and my chai latte.
