Today, July 3rd. Hottest day of the year and No ice!! Also. the customer service was poor. Some of the front staff did not speak English. They were overloaded with to go orders and neglected manning the dine in customers. This BK has some work to do.
Nothing but incompetent staff works here. They refuse to follow the simple directions of your order. If it's a Wednesday and they don't feel like giving your delivery driver the drink to go with your meal, GUESS WHAT? ?
