I've been a long time BK fan, but this is the worst BK I've ever been to. Every time I've ordered, they usually mess a slight modification which is okay. But today I ordered through the BK app for delivery and they were missing over HALF of my order. I ordered 3 whoppers, 4 chicken wraps, 2 small fries and a sundae. Terrible experience, forgot bacon on both my sandwiches . How do you mess up not once but twice on something like that . Went around to note the wrongdoing and the cook goes on to tell the cashier that they didn’t mess up , which the they did . And the manager / cashier went to tell me the cook said I was lying which is super unprofessional the same manager / cashier that took my order also had a rude attitude and behavior. It is one of the worst places, I ordered my coffee through the application to pick it up at the window, when I arrived only the lady came and threw the order at me and closed the window and on top of that she gave me the wrong order and got angry because I complained to her, she He insulted me and treated me the worst.
