I walked inside and ordered in the kiosk and everything was delicious especially my burger and fries. The staff are all females and friendly. This place deserves a 4 out of 5. The missing point was none of the tables were clean.
I have been coming to this Burger King location for years because it's en route from my job to an evening activity, but I may have to rethink that routine. Last week, they would only take my order if I entered it on the kiosk, even though they took a male customer's order at the counter a mere five minutes later. This week, it was ridiculously crowded, so I get that the environment was difficult. But the staff literally ignored me for a full 10 minutes--no greeting or...
This location must be under new management sometime in the last few years. Service and food used to be so bad that I wouldn't go. Wife likes it, so tried it again recently a couple of times, and everything is much better than it was. Getting the order correct, getting hot food, and actually having pleasant people serving is a completely different experience from the previous ones.
