My daughter in law has been enjoying your coffee for quite a few years. She was in the area 3/11 and 12(dates matter in this case) so she brought me a long. I love the vibe and cozy feeling!I ordered a cold brew. Best damn brew I'd tasted, in fact, I came back in on 3/18, 19, and 20 for more!I then went back on Monday of this week (3/25) before work and had a very different cold brew. No flavor, just bitter and tastes burned. I came in again and spoke with Tina who told me that sometimes when a new batch of cold brew is made by someone different, it changes. Here's my two cents - have the person who brewed the coffee early March continue making the batches - Delicious!!On a different note, Tina and two young guys who work for you are fabulous! Friendly, kind, attentive, and funny.

I have to express my appreciation for Tina, weekday morning barista. I visit Beanetics once a week or so, and she always welcomes and takes care of me, making sure my coffee is prepared just how I like it and my baked good is plenty warm. It's good to be a regular here!Parking: Plenty of free parking at this strip mall. There's an EV charging station too, where I plug in while enjoying Beanetics. I do caution that only one of the two EV chargers is currently operational, so worth checking on app if it's available.

Came here to buy beans the other day and was met with a friendly employee at the cash register. She helped me decide on what beans I'd like based on my preferences and didn't make me feel rushed. I've been brewing their atomic espresso recently and have loved the flavors I'm getting out of it.

Ever since the new ownership took over, the shop has gone from a coffee haven to an undersized starbucks with disinterested staff and middling coffee.

I didn't go to this coffee shop very often in the past because I felt that the customer service was cordial, but not super friendly. The employees always seemed to be talking to each other and only working when they had to work (ie when a customer came in). However, during the month of December, I decided to stop in to get my husband a bag of coffee and I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and my chai latte. I asked for a recommendation similar to French roast and the young lady looked up the information on her computer and gave me the recommendation. She was very helpful. I purchased the bag and my husband really liked it! As for the chai latte, in the past, it was never sweetened, so when I took it to my car to drink--boy, was it bitter! This time, the chai latte was sweetened for me. I appreciated that very much. Some of the reviews on here complain that the quality of the coffee has declined. To be honest, my tastebuds are not as good as they used to be since menopause (TMI!!), so I couldn't attest to quality of drinks. As for the increase in prices, I never went often enough for it to make a dent in my checkbook, but inflation has hit everywhere, hasn't it? I cannot think of any place that has NOT increased prices. The one critique I have is that the new employees probably need more training, not only in how to make drinks, but perhaps in counting back change. The man--who was not young--gave me incorrect change. It was off by 10 cents, but still.....that's a pretty important skill. For everything else, I like the improvements in the decor and also the improvements in customer service. I have actually started going in more often due to the new changes.

About a 1-1.5: I brought my family here when they were visiting to get some caffeine fix, remembering how this place used to serve up some good coffee and drinks.Unfortunately, our orders were super disappointing - the coffee was weak, and the specialty coffee was super watered down and undrinkable.Service was friendly, and there's plenty of parking in the strip plaza lot.+weak coffee+watered down specialty drinks+plenty of parking

Stopped by Beanetics to get a midday caffeine boost and a gift for a friend for the holidays. Upon entering the cafe, I was greeted warmly and was asked if I needed assistance with anything. The cashier was extremely knowledgeable about the store offerings and nicely explained the coffee bean options the shop has and the taste and profile of each roast. I was also recommended certain options that would be good for gifting.I ended up ordering a toffee nut mocha which was extremely delicious and sweet. The inside of the store is quite small as some of the space seemed to be taken up by the roaster. As small as the space was, it was well decorated and homey.

My husband came to buy their beans; he regularly buys them here. I unfortunately can't do caffeine. I ordered a decaf latte which I will tell you at other places, and I've tried to make quite a few other places, had no flavor. It's sort of like somebody just passed coffee beans, over water. These people at Beanetics make a great decaf latte, it tastes like coffee. And the people that wait on you are the best. Btw, their baked goods are delish, I tried the Lemon Ricotta Muffin and it was very good.

Got some beans here many years ago and was not impressed. Decided to give them another chance and were glad we did. The beans were fantastic.

6 stars for service alone--and extra stars for the coffee. I chatted by phone with the owner, who returned my inquiry about Beanetics' organic coffees, and he said Sao would be working when I planned to visit on a Saturday afternoon. Sao seemed to know me when I stepped into the shop (which smells HEAVENLY--worth the visit just for the aroma!), and she graciously prepared coffee after coffee (espresso, actually, because that is what I drink at home) so I could try the coffees and choose the one I liked best. The Bali Blue Moon captivated me with its lively flavors, low acidity, lack of harsh bitterness, and beautiful smoothness. (Note: Sao is as knowledgeable as she is adept at making a fabulous espresso). At home I'm now making the most exquisite espresso (and cappuccino, naturally)--with thick crema and fabulous body, all with my little Breville Bambino Plus and the Bali Blue Moon. No exaggeration: it's equal to what I've had at the best restaurants and coffee houses (although one magical espresso at a cafe in Paris stands out. Unfair comparison, though: I was in a romantic frame of mind at the time and in Paris--and the sun was even shining, which I've only rarely experienced there). I'll go to Paris when I can, but meanwhile I'll gladly go to Beanetics and get all my coffee freshly roasted (which is a must if you want full flavor) and support a local business that totally gets customer service and providing memorable coffee. Next time you're at the Annandale Shopping Center (where the Aldi is, on Columbia Pike), don't pass up this GEM!
