Our party ordered pupusas, yuca and chicharon, sweet plantains, and horchata. All the items were affordable, well portioned and delicious! The guy taking your order at the counter was very friendly and attentive. Indoor seating is pretty simple but clean. The food took about 15-20min but was fresh and hot. I Highly recommend giving it a try.
I ordered 3 bean and cheese pupusas and to my surprise they were actually quite large. If I wasn't so hungry, I definitely would have been full with 2. Hell, I was struggling to finish the 3rd despite this being the first thing I'd eaten all day! They were absolutely delicious. It took about 15 or 20 min after I ordered for the food to be ready, which was definitely a pleasant surprise as I was expecting to wait longer due to the lunch rush. One of the best pupusas in town. Definitely worst a visit if your in the Germantown area. I stop bye any chance I get. It's funny how they're inside a beer and wine store. So you can pick up beer and pupusas or any other goodie's they make.
