The food is very tasty! We love their pupusas. But, we also love a lot of other things. The soups are my favorite. My kids love the chicken sandwich. We like to stop here before/with our martial arts class and it’s always a hit with the whole family.
If you’re anywhere near Annandale and haven’t been to Pupusa Express yet, you are seriously missing out.
This place is absolutely incredible. The food is consistently perfect—every single time I’ve been, it’s been 100% on point. The pupusas are packed with flavor, cooked just right, and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. You can tell everything is made with care and pride.

Our server was really nice, he was able to help us whether we needed an extra bowl for soup, hot sauce, to-go boxes, or any water refills. He was great, and even gave my bf recommendations on what to get since it was his first time trying pupusas.
