Very unhappy with my experience this morning at this Starbucks. A shorter, older lady with a pixie haircut screamed at me after another customer had taken my sandwich, so I had asked her to remake it. She screamed at me saying that there were so many people in the store and it was basically not her problem. Not the way you want to speak to customers and I left the second she talked to me like that because I didn't want to make a scene. Don't work in fast food if you can't handle...read full review
I have to shout-out great customer service when I see it! We got a few drinks through the drive thru today and Amy took our order. She was super kind and considerate and her bright smile was a great kick-off to the weekend! Thanks for your positive attitude, Amy!

I spend alot at Starbucks. Only to now being told I'm losing 89 Stars in 2 days. (89) when I spent the money to get them and have been saving stars diligently . When my gift card Is empty I'm switching coffee places. Starbucks doing this to people is bologna
