The food was decent, but the service was super slow. They completely lost our order, and when we finally received it after half an hour, it was wrong.
I’m extremely disappointed with the overall customer service and attention to detail at McDonald’s. Every visit seems to come with some issue — wrong orders, dismissive attitudes, and an overall lack of care for the paying customer. It’s clear that many of the younger employees have not been properly trained, and it really shows in both their work ethic and the way they interact with customers.

The double cheeseburger that my daughter ordered was really low quality.. I mean it's McDonald's but at least try... The people working the drive thru that took the order were unprofessional, again I understand that it's McDonald's but common courtesy is not so common these days...

One location, in particular, stands out with staff who are efficient and friendly, making sure drinks are prepared just right. Their mocha coffee is a budget-friendly alternative to Starbucks, and their tea is refreshing. While mistakes can happen, some staff members go above and beyond to correct them.
