We got fried squid legs and fried chicken bun. The cooking and the seasoning were on point. Salad very delicious!
However, small comment: remove the fries, it adds nothing, and change the portion to one bun instead of two. We would have tried more dishes but we tapped out after that huge portion. Its a lot for two much less one person dish...

Bloom is a well-located restaurant in downtown Frederick with attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere. I rated it 4 stars primarily for the service and convenient location. While I enjoyed my visit, the food did not fully match my personal expectations for authentic Asian cuisine.
