“We went there yesterday after our swim meet at VOU and arrived at 1158 and decided to stay around because it said it was opening at 12pm. Well we waited and waited and finally a gentleman arrived well after it was supposed to open. He explained the soft serve wouldn’t be ready for another 5 min because he just turned them. They didn’t have all the flavors of Italian ice out yet or didn’t have any made. It was slim pickings at opening which I would expect that at closing. The gentleman was very nice but if your supposed to open at 12pm, you shouldn’t be arriving at 1205/1210 and only have a few flavors of Italian ice on hand.“

“We’ve visited this location for a few years and our last visit was really great. The staff there were helpful with questions and choosing flavors. The team there now is friendly and chats with us. The young lady that talked with our 2 kiddos today (8/22) was very nice and thank you we appreciate it!“

“I usually love Tropical Smoothie, but this visit was really disappointing. During a huge rush, one employee with medium-length dirty blonde hair was constantly on his phone with AirPods in and did not acknowledge customers at all. When I asked a question, he walked away without saying anything. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff was clearly working hard and having to make up for it. I waited about 20 minutes for my food, and in that time he only made one smoothie. The line did not start moving again until another worker stepped in. Very frustrating experience.“
