“If you’re looking for an amazing pre- or post-workout treat — or just something delicious to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling guilty — this place is it. The service is always wonderful, and the Cowabunga Smoothie is one of my personal favorites. Everything they serve is made with natural, organic ingredients, so you don’t have to worry about a bunch of ultra-processed stuff going into your body. It’s refreshing to find a spot that focuses on quality while still making drinks that taste this good. It’s always a great choice when you need a quick energy boost to keep your day going. “I've always had good experiences at this location, which is why I'm still giving it 4 stars and will continue coming back.

That said, I had a concerning experience during my visit on June 29 at around 8:40 PM. I wasn't asked for my rewards phone number, which is normally fine because I can scan the barcode on my receipt later to receive my rewards points. However, when I received my receipt, there was no barcode to scan. In the past, whenever I haven't provided my phone number, a barcode has always been printed so I could claim my points afterward.

Based on that, I believe an employee may have entered a different rewards phone number instead of asking for mine. I can't say for certain that's what happened, but based on my previous experiences, it's the only explanation that makes sense to me. If that's what occurred, it's something management should investigate because customers shouldn't lose out on the rewards they've earned.

Other than this incident, I've always enjoyed coming here. The ice cream is great, the staff is usually friendly, and I hope this issue is addressed.“

“Our server Mr. John was very great. Even when my card declined, he was nice enough to use his own money to pay for my drink. Tables were prestinctly clear and very sparkling because John wiped it down. Very very good employee please give him a raise. If you ever see him here please give him a big tip for me my card declined so I couldnt tip him. He is the type of person to give 100 bubble teas to the homeless and not make me pay for them. Even when we were playing a game and he was our replacement mock fake player he won even though he was working hard. he was working hard and not hardly working for sure. 😧😂☺️😂🙃👏🙃“

“Having been to many boba shops across Texas and the DMV, this one stands above the rest. While the drinks, especially the fruit teas, taste amazing, it's the freshness and attention to detail in these drinks that really capture my attention. This location also sells Carmen's, which has some of the most creamy ice cream and rich Italian ice that I've ever tasted. The shop itself is very well-kept and the staff were super warm and welcoming. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a yummy dessert or just a quick refreshment.“

“I've been going to bengongs Chinese tea spot for many years now and I appreciate that their sweetness level is not high at all and if you want something to actually taste sweet you need to choose over 70% if you are use to extra sweetness. But overall their drinks tastes authentic and natural. Mango sago and fruit osmanthus tea are my favorite and fast service. Please continue to stay open!“

“The Bowls and smoothies are my fav but the customer service is not it Everytime i come in they just stare at u and wait for you to say something. I never get greeted with little smile . I try to reciprocate good energy but idk the workers seem a lil miserable“

“I ordered a wrap and a peanut paradise smoothie for myself and my partner and both arrived at my doorstep via doordash. The food was great and fresh but the peanut paradise had no peanutbutter! I called up the store and Angie apologized immediately and made it right and offered to give me another one to fix it and a complementary other menu item. I ordered a island green smoothie and it was great! Would order here again. They get two thumbs up in my book!“
