“I love the place and the manager is very personable (sorry I cannot place his name at the moment) My daughter and I have started a routine where we stop in around 7:30am and have a smoothie. I have been having a Chipotle chicken wrap as well which has been delicious. My favorite smoothie is the Acai Berry Boost but I have tried several others under the managers suggestions and they have proven to be tasty as well. Pay them a visit, you will love the outcome.“

“Smoothies are always tasting fresh and ordering is very easy. The team is also super nice if you need help or have any questions. It does take some time to get your smoothie, so I would recommend doing online orders if you’re in a hurry. Aside from that, good smoothies that taste real and fresh!!

Strawberry cloud: Typically my go to now! It’s light and kind of has this yogurt vibe to it which I like!

“The food was great. However, the pleasant young man who took our order messed it up. We asked for add-ons to our main order, but he gave us a whole different order, which cost us a lot. My friend was incensed, but we let it go because we didn't want to hold up the customers behind us and the young man may have been new at his job.“

“This place has a great selection of boba drinks. So far I’ve tried only two though: matcha milk tea ( my go-to drink) and ube coconut. The matcha is the best in town IMO! It’s very easy to adjust it to your strength and sweetness. Absolutely love it!! But you GOT to try the ube coconut!!!! My new absolute favorite!!! It’s THE BOMB!!! Again, the sweetness is easily adjusted. Just go and try it!! They also make bahn mi sandwiches. Looking forward to trying it!!“

“My husband and I are currently on the Whole30 diet. We saw that Tropical Smoothie Cafe was able to make drinks that were approved by the diet, so we decided to stop in. When we went inside, the manager, Tim, showed us the menu with everything in all the smoothies, and he talked to us about what we could and couldn’t have in them. He was very concerned with making sure we got exactly what we needed to keep to our diet. I am very impressed with the management and the staff at this location. Very few times I actually go somewhere and never take a picture. I drank the green Avoclada smoothie, had the Thai chicken salad with a jerk chicken wrap. This place is pretty big on the inside with lot of seating. This was early in the morning around 8:30 am. I was surprised at this place was open but they service was pretty fast and efficient. I did not like the jerk chicken wrap but the Thai salad and the smoothie made up for the score. The jerk Chicken wrap just did not taste like jerk chicken at all 😭“

“Haagen-Dazs is probably one of the most expensive ice cream places that I have been to, almost $8-$9 after tax. However, what makes them stand out from other ice cream stores is that they don’t use artificial ingredients, and their ice cream is a bit bold and dense compared to other ice cream brands. I really like their Belgian chocolate, because of the creaminess, richness of the chocolate.

I would say the service is great even though there is usually a big crowd waiting for their ice cream, especially when it gets closer to closing time. However, regarding the atmosphere, it feels a little cramped to be eating ice cream, especially with such limited seating. The staff aren’t the friendliest and gave a bit of an attitude when I asked about nuts, with no clear answer, but it panned out because the ice cream actually didn’t have nuts.

Vegetarian options: Not clear on vegan options.

Kid-friendliness: could make more profits if they started selling kids’ sizes.“

“Random stop after getting gas in Chantilly and ended up trying KOKKEE for fruit tea and boba. The service alone deserves five stars — the staff was welcoming, patient with questions, and the drinks came out quickly. You can tell they care about the customer experience.

The shop itself is fun and cozy. They have a cute seating area with plush toys, shelves of little collectibles, and a whiteboard where customers leave drawings and notes. It gives the place personality and makes it feel like a spot people actually hang out in, not just grab-and-go.

We tried two drinks: a mango fruit tea and a matcha milk tea. Presentation was great and the cups are adorable (“Hug in a Cup” is a nice touch). The mango fruit tea was refreshing and fruity, especially if you like bright citrus flavors. The matcha milk tea was smooth but a little lighter in matcha flavor than I personally prefer.

Overall:
