“The absolute best place for Acai bowls and smoothies. To me this is the number one business in this field. On average I try to get South Block between 2 to 4 times per week. Staff is incredibly friendly and inside and out there are great places to sit. Visit them on a very very very hot day and you'll feel like your in heaven.“

“I’ve consistently had amazing experiences here. The service is always top-tier, and the staff is genuinely kind and welcoming.

One visit really stood out—I came in right at closing time, and instead of turning me away, the woman taking my order was incredibly gracious. She took her time, made my order without rushing, and treated me with nothing but kindness.

That level of care and consistency is rare. Truly impeccable service every time.“

“Great service Great coffee I highly recommend“

“I live in Fairfax and used to order from the McLean and Falls Church locations. Ever since I tried the Southbank store, it has become my go-to spot. The quality is consistently excellent, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly, no matter the time of the day.
My last visit was especially memorable. Accidents happen, and the lid on my drink wasn't secured properly, which resulted in a spill on my sweater and in my car. Kenny, the owner, handled the situation with kindness and professionalism and went out of his way to make things right. His excellent customer service left a lasting impression on me. This location has earned my loyalty, and it will be my go-to spot from now on.“

“BEST ice cream in the area, from truly pasture raised cows! I drive in from outside the Beltway to stock up on quarts.“

“Love a good seasonal special and was looking forward to trying this Happy Pumpkin acai bowl - it's so cute and the service was great, lovely to enjoy outside this morning, aaaand a bit too indulgent and sweet for me 😅 It took me two servings, which was probably for the best. Wouldn't get again but worth a try and looking forward to my next not as sugary bowl!“

Great way to support local within local while being able to pray or do work. very quiet. very welcoming. no one is demanding you to pray to get coffee. it's the most unique coffee shop I've ever been to. the idea. the layout. everything is great. I got a sandwich and some beans. Great spot“

“This place has a great selection of boba drinks. So far I’ve tried only two though: matcha milk tea ( my go-to drink) and ube coconut. The matcha is the best in town IMO! It’s very easy to adjust it to your strength and sweetness. Absolutely love it!! But you GOT to try the ube coconut!!!! My new absolute favorite!!! It’s THE BOMB!!! Again, the sweetness is easily adjusted. Just go and try it!! They also make bahn mi sandwiches. Looking forward to trying it!!“

“I love it here 🫶 the staff is AMAZING 🤩“

“From the moment you step in, it's like entering a boba paradise. The aroma alone is enough to make your taste buds sing. I always go for their signature Milk Tea with pearls – the tea is perfectly brewed, the milk is creamy, and the pearls are delightfully chewy.

But let's be real, it's the experience that seals the deal. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, even when there's a line out the door. Plus, the customizable sweetness levels mean you can tailor your drink to perfection. Trust me, darling, Gong Cha is not just a tea shop; it's a whole mood.“

“I came in feeling sad one day and had the best customer service I could’ve dreamed of this dude named Javier was such a blessing to talk to he helped me fix my bad thoughts and made me the best smoothie so good 10/10 I would recommend you going in and asking for Javier what a guy“

“My husband and I are currently on the Whole30 diet. We saw that Tropical Smoothie Cafe was able to make drinks that were approved by the diet, so we decided to stop in. When we went inside, the manager, Tim, showed us the menu with everything in all the smoothies, and he talked to us about what we could and couldn’t have in them. He was very concerned with making sure we got exactly what we needed to keep to our diet. I am very impressed with the management and the staff at this location. Overall, the experience was great and the smoothie was even better.“
