El Catrachito de Frederick is a lovely, homey restaurant and bar offering delicious Honduran and Mexican food. The atmosphere is big, not crowded, with easy parking. While the food was okay and not special, the sweet waitress provided excellent service. The language barrier with the waitress and loud daytime music were minor drawbacks. The restaurant has a variety of sweet treats, attentive bilingual staff, and a clean atmosphere. The manager values customer feedback and the establishment is improving since its recent opening. On weekends, there are dance gatherings with added security. However, customers should be aware of automatic tipping by the waitress.
