Actually, to tell the truth, This is the best restaurant cuisine in town! Better than Thacher & Rye, and reasonably priced. If you go, I suggest the dessert of frozen meringue with pistachio and dried fruit. Wow. What a treat!! I dare say this could be the best dessert I've ever had! Anywhere.  The waiters/students were excellent, very attentive and fun to hear their culinary stories. 
Everyone must remember this is part of an FCC teaching program. The food was plated very well and tasted great. Linen table clothes and napkins, had TV screen showing your food being plated. Great experience, looking forward to going back next semester!

This was a very good experience with well prepared and presented food. First course of lentil and chorizo soup had depth of flavor lots of chorizo. Main course of vegetarian jambalaya was well seasoned and the spicy tomatoe sauce on the grilled eggplant was particularly good.
