Our expectations for a culinary arts program were medium to high; however, given that it was a learning experience for the kitchen and front-of-house staff, there would probably be some room for improvement. The menu offered a variety of entree choices, including pork chop, pasta primavera, chicken, and salmon. Best hidden gem in the DMV. Reminds me of Hell's Kitchen but the restaurant never shuts down.
Salad and squash soup good. Pork chop large and juicy. Salmon flaky paired well with snap peas and rice, flavorful sauce. Sparkling lemonade not too sweet, nice lemon flavor. Brownie sundae best my husband ever ate. Lemon cake dry, sauces and fruit nice. Overall a real dining experience, we would return if reservations become available.

Guests enjoy friendly and efficient service from student servers and staff. The restaurant provides practical experience for community college students who cook and serve, making it a special and educational place to dine. The atmosphere is great, with a lovely environment that adds to the overall experience. Many visitors have returned multiple times, praising the excellent food, service, and the opportunity to support students. It is highly recommended for a supportive and enjoyable meal.
