This was a very good experience with well prepared and presented food. First course of lentil and chorizo soup had depth of flavor lots of chorizo. Main course of vegetarian jambalaya was well seasoned and the spicy tomatoe sauce on the grilled eggplant was particularly good. My dessert of dark chocolate cake was the equal of any fine dining I can recall. Highly recommend this place, it's great for our Frederick students to get this kind of experience. Service was good, our waitress, Sophie, did a nice job

Actually, to tell the truth, This is the best restaurant cuisine in town! Better than Thacher & Rye, and reasonably priced. If you go, I suggest the dessert of frozen meringue with pistachio and dried fruit. Wow. What a treat!! I dare say this could be the best dessert I've ever had! Anywhere. The waiters/students were excellent, very attentive and fun to hear their culinary stories.
Everyone must remember this is part of an FCC teaching program. The food was plated very well and tasted great. Linen table clothes and napkins, had TV screen showing your food being plated. Great experience, looking forward to going back next semester!

This is an FCC student run restaurant, where they gain experience for their future as restauranteurs. The food and the presentation are of the highest level, something you would expect from a fine dining establishment.

The food was excellent - good choices, quality and taste. Sone bread would have been nice. We had a reservation but waited about 15-20 minutes to be seated. The ambiance could benefit from lower lighting and background music. I would return. This was my third meal here.

We got lucky and were able to take advantage of someone's cancelation . Absolutely loved the meal and service. Two of us shared the chicken tort soup and beet salad, the pan seared chicken and the short ribs as well as the brulee and the mousse and service was wonderful . So many places in town could take lessons from you. We look forward to the next time . Thanks

We love getting a chance to help the up and coming chefs in training get experience in the business only way to learn cooking is to do. They always do a great job and everything is always really good.

This college-based restaurant (that is actually their classroom) showcases the talents of the students from various culinary programs. Operating the restaurant for the public is the capstone of their hospitality program. The offerings are somewhat limited, but delicious. Service is very good and the students are very personable. Value of the overall experience is excellent and compares quite favorably with retail restaurants.

outstanding again ,service was wonderful ,food was superb. The soup and the salad great . The steak was cooked right and tender ,the risotto was spot on . The lemon tart and the profiteroles were excellent. Adam did a great job at service as have every server we have ever had . I would put them up against any restaurant in town . We look forward to the next opportunity to dine there ,it won't be soon enough.
while the food and service were quite good There was a lot of lag time during the meal. We were never in a hurry but over an hour from salad to entrée was excessive. And this is the second time there has been that big gap of time. For now we will chalk it up to inexperience and that it will be used as a learning tool and improve. Thanks

Wait staff was prompt but not intrusive. He was able to answer questions about the preparation of the food. Food outstanding. Only thing they need to work on is warming the plates before plating them for customers. Will go back again. Highly recommend.
