The brewing processes they use are worth your while. Come enjoy an expresso, siphoned cup or a pour over Americano. I grind and brew my own coffee and set a pretty high standard. Ibiza does it better than I do.
Lovely coffee and comfy atmosphere
The staff is very kind, the single origin coffee is all siphon made, the lattes are sweet treats.
