Taco Bell in Frederick

“I came to this taco bell after a rodeo, the food and the service was absolutely amazing! I got the 7 dollar combo box and I was able to sub in things easily at the kiosk :) the only downside from my visit was the ice machine...it was terribly dirty and had what seemed to be years of nasty build up….clean the machine! But as for the service and food it was delightful. Everything was perfect.“

“I placed a delivery order through the app and one of the Build Your Own Luxe Boxes was missing. When I went back to the restaurant, the manager fixed the issue immediately. It turned out the problem wasn’t the restaurant’s fault- the delivery driver had accidentally left part of the order in their car.

Even though it wasn’t their mistake, the manager was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to make things right. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he provided excellent customer service and deserves recognition. Thank you for going above and beyond!“

“Taco Bell and Wendy's have become my favorite fast food restaurants. I have not been to McDonald's in almost 2 years and don't miss it and it's high prices and modified food. I also want to thank the staff here at Taco Bell. They are friendly and helpful and even got me my favorite drink that wasn't available in the dining room vending machine.“

“I don’t know who prepared the 5 meals tonight, May 1st at 10pm on Ballenger Creek, but it’s THE BEST aesthetically pleasing, fast food and best, Taco Bell order I’ve received.

“The portion size of the Matty Bowl on the KFC side of the restaurant was pitiful for the price. It was definitely not worth it. Less than a small order of fries, a couple nuggets, an equal number of the cheese curds and a splash of gravy. Didnt even come close to filling the bowl.
A blatant example of images on the menu not even remotely matching the portion size received.
Service however was great and the restaurant was very clean.“

“I did not order anything fancy, just a Bean Burrito, it was not stuffed properly. The dry taco flour aftertaste (not good) that I got overwhelmed my entire experience. But the staff were very courteous and sociable and the atmosphere was very pleasant, so I had to overlook the food quality. Now I request the store manager to work on the food quality, before I update my review.
