“Went back to this location after a while, because my first go around the experience wasn’t so good (food issue). Gave it another shot after a while and this time there was no issues with the food. The issue was user error. Long story short, I thought part of my order was missing so I went back to the restaurant and told them that I was missing part of my order. They took care of me right away with no problem. I’ve been to restaurants where, despite their mistake the customer service is still horrible and they take no accountability. This 5 guys location replaced my order instantly. When I got home I noticed I placed my Cajun fries in a different bag. Even though I made an honest mistake, kudos to this staff for their excellent service.“
“Great food, never had a bad experience here, always had nice staff, though one person during my most recent visit was a little hard to hear, only problem I've really ever had, and I've attached a few photos, of a burger, and also the same burger but with some fries 😼“
