“I paid for my meal through Uber Eats and was provided a confirmation number, an estimated time of completion, and a Text alerting me to the fact that my order was ready…all for my order to not have even been received yet alone made by the time I got to the restaurant. Chuck did his due diligence to help me ensure I ordered from, and was at, the right location for my pickup. He ultimately made me a fresh meal and got me on my way. I appreciate you, CHUCK! Shout out Chuck.“

“The Five Guys off Riggs Road is one of the best I have visited. The staff is very friendly and they are quick to get your order done. If an order comes out wrong they fix it. A few times an order was done incorrectly and I got all the way home and noticed it. I got home and called them and they had no problem fixing the issue and said if you want to come back another day to get a new order we will give it to you at no charge and they honored that. The staff is great and the food is always prepared well. Thank you all for your excellent service. I love you guys! Keep up the good work!“

“I had to take a moment to recognize Ty (beautiful black woman)!! at Five Guys because she truly went above and beyond, her energy was warm, welcoming, and genuine.

Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Ty didn’t just do her job — she made sure we (daughter & I) was taken care of, with patience, and made the entire experience feel personal instead of rushed.

“I went here a few times during my visit from the UK. All times the staff were friendly, and portions were amazing. I think it’s Tanisha, who on one of the trips, really just delivered great service with a smile and happiness, it made al the difference! Yes, Five Guys is a little more pricey, but it’s quality.“

“I rarely leave reviews but my heart needs to express this. 4/12/2026 about 7-8pmish, McPherson Sq location-
Today was the Jazz and Blossoms Festival so it became really busy once the festival was ending. They only had a handful of workers and everyone became impatient. An older gentleman who clearly needed some mental health services started threatening a young man who was trying his best to do his job. Another young lady who worked there tried to defuse the situation by getting the older gentleman's order ready and then asking him to leave. I tried to intervene and get the older gentleman to leave before anyone got hurt or arrested.
I ended up waiting two hours for my food. I hope that the manager (whoever makes the call on budget) considers this a learning lesson that on days like this for the festival, you need more coverage.
To the Five Guys owners of this location: pay the crew from 4/12/2026 overtime for what they had to endure.
To the Five Guys crew, especially the young 19 year old who had to deal with being cursed out: I am sorry you had to deal with this. It is not okay. You deserve respect. Keep thriving!
At the end of the day, we all need more conflict resolution skills and to remember not to fight each other when there are way bigger issues we need to be joining forces to fight.
But, y'all did make me a great burger and somehow it was still warm so shout out to y'all!“

“It was soo good the burgers where so good the service was so speedy I think I got my burger in under 2 minutes 😋 and It was PACKED and they kept the ground so clean cleaning every 5 minutes and a table was always open and CLEAN thank you so much 5 guys“
