“Hannah is the best cashier I’ve had thus far, here in Washington. Just the energy she exudes is so positive, then she had the attitude to match! She made me feel like I was the most important customer of the day, and that was very meaningful to me being that it was only the second time I’ve ever been to Five Guys, the first was in NY and that was just a regular experience. It was nothing like I experienced here with Hannah. She deserves a raise! Never change girl!

“Another solid franchise location. You already know what to expect when coming to five guys. Expensive but good burgers and a lot of fries. This location was clean and didn't disappoint aside from the fries being a little soggy. Overall great staff, good location.“
“I went here a few times during my visit from the UK. All times the staff were friendly, and portions were amazing. I think it’s Tanisha, who on one of the trips, really just delivered great service with a smile and happiness, it made al the difference! Yes, Five Guys is a little more pricey, but it’s quality.“

Today was the Jazz and Blossoms Festival so it became really busy once the festival was ending. They only had a handful of workers and everyone became impatient. An older gentleman who clearly needed some mental health services started threatening a young man who was trying his best to do his job. Another young lady who worked there tried to defuse the situation by getting the older gentleman's order ready and then asking him to leave. I tried to intervene and get the older gentleman to leave before anyone got hurt or arrested.
I ended up waiting two hours for my food. I hope that the manager (whoever makes the call on budget) considers this a learning lesson that on days like this for the festival, you need more coverage.
To the Five Guys owners of this location: pay the crew from 4/12/2026 overtime for what they had to endure.
To the Five Guys crew, especially the young 19 year old who had to deal with being cursed out: I am sorry you had to deal with this. It is not okay. You deserve respect. Keep thriving!
At the end of the day, we all need more conflict resolution skills and to remember not to fight each other when there are way bigger issues we need to be joining forces to fight.

“It was soo good the burgers where so good the service was so speedy I think I got my burger in under 2 minutes 😋 and It was PACKED and they kept the ground so clean cleaning every 5 minutes and a table was always open and CLEAN thank you so much 5 guys“
“TODAY IS BOGO DAY! && wen i say the staff that was there from 4pm - closing was absolutely AMAZING! I had 3 different orders and I was expecting them to be fed up with me because they wasn’t they was sooooo nice despite them have over 60+ orders.I do believe they need a bonus on their check next pay and I’m coming back for that man number that was working fries“
