“1.17.24This location is located in the food court in the Mall of Columbia. The food court has a an entrance. JC Penney is the closest department store to the food court. My hubby and I dropped by for lunch today on my day off from work. Yay for snow!We each ordered a little cheeseburger. I love that toppings are unlimited and don't cost extra. I got grilled onion, ketchup, mayo, tomato, lettuce, and mushrooms. My husband only got mayo and onions on his. We got a side of fries and shared a fountain soda. Surprisingly, the food was prepared rather quickly compared to our go to location on Dobbin Center Way in Columbia. The other location is slower and does not always open on time. Our food was accurate and fries were so piping hot, I had to blow on them. Everything tasted amazing, but the fries were a little too salty for me. Our server was friendly. Our number was called when it was ready for pick up. Menu items are a la carte so it gets pricy. Our lunch cost $30. Almost as much as lunch at a sit down restaurant.I can't believe at one point in time, I didn't like Five Guys' burgers. It's easily in my top three favorite and may be number 1.“
“8/9/23 7pm - The staff are doing an amazing job. I was really impressed with the way they worked together to greet guests - make the orders with care - and keep the place looking great. I noticed that everyone behind the counter is working to help the others. They also were having fun. As soon as the guest were served - they jumped into their cleaning - stocking - organizing routines. One employee immediately came into the dining room to take care of the tables and condiment center. As soon as a guest came to the counter - someone jumped to serve them. BRAVO to the people that cultivated and maintain this culture / work ethic. It doesn't just magically happen. Bonus: the food was great!“
