“I come here very often I’m disabled I have IDD I also have physical disabilities and the lady here I don’t know her name and want to respect her privacy but she was angry at me when I explained multiple times to her my order she messed it up gave me the wrong breadsticks when I specifically asked for 2 orders of 5 cheesy breadsticks. She specially gave me a messed up order. I’m friends with the owner he’s very sweet and I also have multiple chronic illnesses and have been in a flareup recently. I want to ask the kind owner to please take action.

I called today and the manager gave me free cheesy breadsticks just like I wanted here is the photo. I confused him for the owner but I just wanted to thank Mr. Alex and change my review since I never leave bad reviews 😊. Thank you so much Mr. Alex! 🙏🏼 I also got a free Mountain Dew!“

“I rarely eat or order chicken fingers, but this is my go-to place whenever I do. The food is consistently delicious, the chicken fingers are always fresh and flavorful, and I’ve never been disappointed. On top of that, the service is outstanding every time. Highly recommended!“

“Huge shout out to the girls working morning of 12/9/25. I had placed a catering order and called to add on a coffee, just to discover I accidentally placed the order for the wrong day. The girl was very quick to solution and had my catering order ready for me in less than 30 minutes- while in a busy morning rush. I seriously appreciated this accommodation so much.

Chick fila is known for having great customer service, but this was the best I have ever experienced throughout my travels in the US (I cater for events often).

The online ordering system has indeed much improved, thank you.
One more small thing, sometimes the wings/ chicken in the sandos are a bit dry, I suspect maybe someone is cooking them a little too long. Overall food still great though.

I have liked almost everything I've tried here, particularly the naked wings and the sandos. The slaw and mac and cheese are also good. I have a complaint though in regards to ordering online which is quite awful.

Trying to order from their website opens 3 extra tabs; when you finally get to the right website you can't modify anything or make substitutions or even add more than 1 of the same item (you can do this in the cart though) and god forbid you accidentally hit the back button and lose the page, your cart is not saved. Please make your website less janky.“

“Chick Fil A is my go to comfort food! always warm sandwiches and mac & cheese, with amazing cold drinks. They change their drinks best on the season, making it a fun suprize. My current order is a frosted coffee with mac & cheese, totally recommend“

“Im a drive thru person, so going thru a drive thru is a different experience at every spot. My pet peeve though is being asked questions about my order that I haven't ordered yet, before I have a chance to tell! Not having to correct or repeat myself is a luxury customers don't have many times, so being able to say what I want, then ask your questions? Is HEAVEN more enjoyable when getting your food. This Taco Bell is sometimes like this, but overall its ok, friendly and accommodating.“

“Not my first time to Mod pizza, but it has been a couple of years. I liked them, just didn't have the time to make it back. Yesterday, I decided to experiment with a spinach and Alfredo sauce pizza (with sausage and tomatoes). It was amazing!! So amazing that I went back today for another one.“

“Ordered a meal off the app, selected to pick up inside, and it was ready when I arrived. Updated and modern interior. Self-serve soda fountain was not working when I visited, but was still able to get another drink before leaving. Nice workers.“

“Got lunch here so I could sample their toasted sandwiches. Glad I did. This is a fast food restaurant so we are not talking about Michelin stars. But that aside it was very good. I got the roast beef and cheddar and I will come back and try the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. My order was taken quickly and was prepared soon after that. They had booths, counter seating and round tables. It was clean and quiet and pleasant to dine in. The price was appropriate for a fast food sandwich.“

That is, primarily carry-out but with three or four tables if you want to eat there. The coupons of late (in 2020) have been great; examples are $5.99 for almost all foot-long sub and $12.99 for two foot-long subs. Desserts are limited to cookies but we rarely indulge.“
